How to Create a Discord Account.
First, you must create an account. You can download the app or sign up with the browser. To do this, go to discord.com and click on the “Login” button in the top right corner.
Step 2. Click on “Register”
Step 3. Enter your email address, username, and a strong password, as well as your date of birth, and accept the terms of use.
After entering all data, click on the “Continue” button.
After registration, you will see a message to create your server. This step is optional. You can use Discord without having your server if you want.
Now you will see a message at the top to verify your email. After doing it, the account was created successfully.
Add Friends To Your Discord.
Now you have created the account. You need to add friends or join a friend’s server.
To add a friend, you will need their username. The username looks like this nikolas#45843.
It has the name and some numbers after it. To see your username click on the discord icon, and your username will appear like the photo below.
If you have someone’s username and you want to add him to your Discord (for example, nikolas#55456 )
you will go to friends and paste the username there. It says add friend, and press send a friend request.
To join a server, you will need an invitation link, and links are shared by the server’s owners or posted on a webpage
or any platform online. You can easily find almost anyone’s discord link by typing in google – Discord and the name of the person or company.
Edit Your Discord Profile.
To edit your profile, change your photo -appearance – notifications – video and voice settings, and more, click on the gear icon see the photo below.
What is a Discord Server?
Discord servers are virtual rooms that you can invite people to join. You can send private messages or public messages in the chat that they have.
You can create multiple text or voice channels in one server and invite people to join to use voice or video chats.
